Great service. Friendly workers. Only locally operated company in Laughlin. Always available for same or next day service.

Friendly receptionist. Friendly representatives. Once our insurance finally ok'd our service (on our heater) Everything went just fine. Under full disclosure the problem started right in the middle of the holidays. ( New years/Christmas ) Our Service tech was Clayton ( i think, sorry clayton ) He was very patient and explained everything he was doing and listened to my explanations. Even though after starting the heater up, looking over the unit, verifying everything was functional, waiting for any issues to disrupt the heater and even double checking the thermostat to insure it was coming on and off as it should. He suggested changing the batteries in the thermostat, I told him I already did that and we finally concluded that maybe I just had some old batteries mixed together and it just wasn't quite getting the connection complete... weird. After having a functional heater all night I woke to turn the thermostat up a little higher and found it was doing the same thing as before!!!! After doing a bunch of battery swapping and having no success, I got out the manual. I found one single sheet of paper that said "IF YOU READ NOTHING ELSE. PLEASE READ THIS" and it basically said that .."reseting the unit usually clears up most issues".... AAAAAAHHH!!!!!!! *^%$#@%$# lesson learned... works fine. Also for the record Clayton adapted to our pets (yipping little chihuahuas) very well too! P.S. Sorry about the username it was kind of a nick name and I hate putting any personal info on the internet.
